Mrs. Anna Pritchard died September 16, 1843. Her stone is located in The Olde Burial Ground in Southborough, Massachusetts. The image is an eight pointed "hex star", a symbol of protection for the deceased (similar to a "god’s eye"). The symbol makes this casting a great interior accent to mimic Victorian corner rosettes found on door and window moldings.
